School Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe, disciplined, and productive learning environment, students of Janet's Mars Matriculation Higher Secondary School are expected to strictly follow the rules and regulations of the institution.

Discipline & Conduct

Students must maintain discipline, good manners, and respectful behavior towards teachers, staff, and fellow students at all times. Any form of misconduct, bullying, or indiscipline will invite strict action.

Attendance & Punctuality

Regular attendance is compulsory. Students must be punctual and reach the school on time. A minimum attendance as prescribed by the education board is mandatory to appear for examinations.

School Uniform

Wearing the prescribed school uniform neatly and correctly is compulsory on all working days and during school functions. Students must maintain personal cleanliness and grooming.

Identity Card

Students must carry their school ID card daily and produce it whenever required within the school premises or during school-related activities.

Academic Responsibility

Students are expected to complete classwork, homework, assignments, and projects on time. Parents are encouraged to monitor the academic progress of their children regularly.

Examination & Assessment

Students must adhere to examination rules strictly. Malpractice or use of unfair means during tests or examinations will lead to severe disciplinary action.

Mobile Phones & Electronic Gadgets

Use of mobile phones, smart watches, or any unauthorized electronic devices is strictly prohibited within the school campus.

Care of School Property

Students must take care of school property. Any damage caused to classrooms, furniture, books, laboratory equipment, or school buses must be compensated by the concerned student.

Cleanliness & Environment

Students should keep the campus clean and green. Littering, writing on walls, desks, or damaging plants is strictly prohibited.

Safety & Security

Students must follow all safety instructions issued by the school authorities. Leaving the campus during school hours without permission is not allowed.

Transport Rules

Students using school transportation must follow bus rules, maintain discipline, and obey the instructions of drivers and attendants.

Leave & Absence

Leave applications must be submitted in advance or immediately after returning to school. Medical leave must be supported with a valid medical certificate.

Parent Cooperation

Parents are requested to cooperate with the school management, attend parent-teacher meetings regularly, and communicate respectfully with staff.

Amendments

The school management reserves the right to modify or add rules and regulations whenever necessary in the interest of students and the institution.
